All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom, their own mini fridge and air conditioning. The entire property is Wi-Fi enabled. We provide a water dispenser under the pergola where our guests can refill their glasses and bottles, with no more plastic waste.

The property also has a large swimming pool just a few steps from the breakfast area and a gazebo overlooking the valleys of Valardegna and Valdichiana. Surrounding vineyards and a large garden of more than an acre with olive and other fruit trees ensures guests of a relaxing holiday in privacy. Our privileged position also means we are not along the main road and there is an 1.5 kms of country road (without asphalt) to reach us, therefore you need a car.
