Around 20 acres of vineyards are under cultivation with which we produce 25.000 to 30.000 bottles of wine per year. We are proud to be one of the oldest certified organic wineries in Montepulciano.Our sunbathed vineyards are spread over two different locations, both in the highly sought-after regions of Montepulciano with different soil compositions. Here we grow mainly Prugnolo Gentile (a clone of Sangiovese), small quantities of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and some white grapes such as Malvasia and Trebbiano, which we use for our Vin Santo.

Two vineyards and two "Pievi"
Having vineyards in two distinct areas of Montepulciano not only allows us to select the finest grapes at harvest, but also enables us to produce two different Pieve Vino Nobile wines. Introduced in 2024, the Pieve designation celebrates the unique identity of Montepulciano's historic production areas, expressing the distinctive character of each sub-zone. Our vineyards lie within the Pieve of Gracciano, to the north of Montepulciano, and the Pieve of Valardegna, to the south.
